One of the three vineyard owned by Marie Laure LURTON in the Medoc region, Chateau La Tour-de-Bessan produces wine under the Margaux AOC. Since 2003 Marie Laure has opted for an integrated approach to manage her Estate, that exact same year she saw the production of her 3 different vineyards entering the Pantheon of the 250 wines classified as “Cru Bourgeois”.
Chateau La Tour-de-Bessan is located in the village of Soussan in the Bordeaux region. The Estate of Chateau La Tour-de-Bessan expands over 71 hectares 32 of which are planted with vine of a minimum of 25 years old. Benefiting from the effluvial influence of the Garonne river and the richness of gravely soils dating back from the quarternary, Chateau La Tour-de-Bessan is the perfect reflection of its terroir and region of production.
